For those new to kefir or simply curious we recommend doing a 14 day cleanse to see if you like the taste of it first. Let’s not pretend it’s for everyone! In 14 days you MAY get die-off symptoms but at least you can decide for yourself whether it’s a habit you’ll be able to maintain. Either way it’s a great effort.
